Qigong - energy exercises in London with emphasis on freedom of movement, allowing the joints to open and relax and refreshing the mind.

These gentle exercises are simpler to learn than traditional tai chi and give quick results specially geared to the needs of busy office workers. We open with an exercise to balance and calm the mind, progress through the body, releasing the major areas of tension with particular emphasis on the spine and conclude with a peaceful simple, powerful meditation and some exercises to help us refocus and bring us back to world feeling refreshed and energized.

Available at a mutually convenient time, these classes last around 45 minutes. Based on tai chi principles and accompanied by soft Chinese music.
